Start with a simple action step - a practice - that engages you in the habit you want to develop. Think of the action you take as a test drive - where you notice your experience. Playfully practice the habit you want to cultivate. Pay attention to how your practice is working for you, how it isn't working, and how it could work better. Use this feedback to tweak your practice. Keep doing what works best. Notice...your practice is becoming the healthy habit you want. May the force be with you!
