Could Sleep Save Your Life?

Sleep is Not an Inconvenience

Olympic gold, silver and bronze metal winners all do it. They know that performing at the top of their game is enhanced by resting and getting a restful good night's sleep. Now, recent research findings tell us that getting 1 more hour of sleep can improve more than just our performance. It can improve our health. This sounds like a life balance practice worth experiencing. What do you think?
