What's Transformation Got To Do With It?

Do You Choose to Lead or Manage?

Before you answer, take a minute to read a distinction between managers and leaders described by my dear friend Lable Braun.

"An essential difference between managers and leaders is that managers manage optimal returns from the way things are, while Leaders lead to a whole new vision of what is possible. Transformation!

You can have an extraordinary manager without anything ever changing, but you can't be a successful Leader without Transformation.

Personally, I think that success in business has evolved beyond the need for managers. Leaders who are comfortable navigating in a sea of possibilities, free of resistance to current realities, and ever-present to invisible opportunities...they are the catalysts of transformation that business needs now!

Usually, I don’t comment on blogs. This write-up forced me to try and do so! Thanks, very nice for this article.
